Event Cancellation - Covid

Please note that due to the size of the events in question it will take some time to get through all the requests so please allow 2 weeks from your request for us to process it, we will email you once your refund has been processed and let you know when to expect it to hit your account.


*Important* When you check your order confirmation emails to look up your order number please look at the ‘Payment Method’ selected if you booked before 15th February. If it states ‘Credit Card / Debit Card (WorldPay)’ then we ask that you note your bank account/sort code or paypal account details in the comments box as Worldpay is no longer in use so we need an alterative method to refund you.
