Please read through the cancellation options below as they apply to your circumstances.
More than 10 days before the event - Up to 10 days before an event you may request a refund or credit using our Cancellation Request Form, if the event is currently sold out then the booking will need to be replaced first before either option can be actioned. Any Refunds made are subject to a £20 administration fee. Credits are issued against the account of the person who booked the event and cannot be transferred to a different account. Only the person who made the original booking is authorised to request any changes be made and all requests must be made in writing.
10 to 4 days before the event - Within 10 days of an event you may request a credit using our Cancellation Request Form which can be issued on the provision that your booking can be replaced on the event first. Credits are issued against the account of the person who booked the event and cannot be transferred to a different account. Only the person who made the original booking is authorised to request any changes be made and all requests must be made in writing.
3 days prior to the event - No cancellations can be made however you may inform us of a change in driver, vehicle or both via this form.
Bookings via a third party - No changes can be made to the event once the order is placed, you can however change the driver/vehicle at any point prior to the event using this form.
