Cancellation Options

Please read through the cancellation options below as they apply to your circumstances.

  • More than 10 days before the event - Up to 10 days before an event you may request a refund or credit using our Cancellation Request Form, if the event is currently sold out then the booking will need to be replaced first before either option can be actioned. Any Refunds made are subject to a £20 administration fee. Credits are issued against the account of the person who booked the event and cannot be transferred to a different account. Only the person who made the original booking is authorised to request any changes be made and all requests must be made in writing.
  • 10 to 4 days before the event - Within 10 days of an event you may request a credit using our Cancellation Request Form which can be issued on the provision that your booking can be replaced on the event first. Credits are issued against the account of the person who booked the event and cannot be transferred to a different account. Only the person who made the original booking is authorised to request any changes be made and all requests must be made in writing.
  • 3 days prior to the event - No cancellations can be made however you may inform us of a change in driver, vehicle or both via the Driver Transfer Form.

Cancellation Request

  • Orders beginning with TD or a long string of random characters usually indicate that you have booked via a third party. Please note that if you booked via an agent you should refer to the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. If you have booked through an agent and are selecting an option for Lockdown or Tier 3 then please ensure that you have registered an account with us already which you can do by clicking the link on the top left of this website. You must have a registered account in order for us to allocate a credit against it.
  • If you have booked multiple drivers/events on one order please clearly state what you are wishing to cancel in the comments below.
  • Refund option ONLY available when cancelling more than 10 days before the event. Please ensure you have read the Covid Procedures for any conditions before selecting either the Lockdown or Tier 3 options.
