Elvington
RAF Elvington is in Yorkshire about 7 miles south east of the city of York. The airfield is about 2 miles north west of Elvington Village . The Elvington Lane Airfield driving area is just off the B1228 which leads to the A64 York Bypass.
From the B1228 look for Halifax Way and Whitby Road to the Air Museum. The entrance gate to the airfield is on the right of the entrance to the Museum.
